As an Artist there are so many different moods you find yourself in. For this piece, I wanted to capture the beauty of a Summer Sunset. Watching a West Coast sunset with friends on a balcony gave me the sense of a day complete and a calmness settling into the relaxation of the evening.
The contrast of Blues and Oranges with the texture on the canvas enabled me to create the feelings I had overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
